Joe Biden has proven once again that he is completely incapable of running the country. He traveled to Louisiana recently for a Cancer Moonshot event. During his teleprompter speech, Biden’s brain went haywire and he announced that he plans to cut all cancer deaths in half by 2020.

This is no surprise to those of us who pay close attention to politics. Joe Biden’s sister was upset that he was running for president back in 2019 because the whole family knew that he had dementia and was rapidly sinking.

There was no possible way that he could effectively run the country. We were correct about that. Following years of record-high inflation and a lack of leadership from the White House, the entire world is now falling apart. This is the direct fault of the nameless, faceless, and unaccountable Deep State federal employees who have been using Joe Biden as their sock puppet all these years.

Likewise, Kamala Harris knew that Biden was growing increasingly insane and senile as his brain degenerated. She didn’t care and didn’t mention it, because Biden’s deterioration was beneficial to her brazen lust for political power.

On the one hand, it’s hilarious that the Democrats thought they could ever fool anyone with this childish ruse. The entire world knew that Joe Biden was a doddering dementia patient with a barely functioning brain this whole time. On the other hand, it’s an incredible national security risk to America. Who is actually running the joint if Joe Biden doesn’t even know what year it is?
